We soak and ferment the beans and grain so it’s extra digestible with available nutrients to the birds! This is great for the birds’ immune health as well as for the nutrient density of their eventual meat. This lush pasture in addition to the highest quality, purest feed supplements result in an unparalleled turkey: both the turkey’s flavor and the health benefits gained by the bird, farm ecosystem, and consumer are huge.

Janie's Mill Dark Rye also makes delicious Brownies and "Whiskey and Rye" Cookies!
