Standard Half Hog Cut List:

A HALF hog will yield approximately 60 pounds of meat cuts. See below for standard cut list included in each bulk pork order selection. If you would like to customize, please email us with your preferences.

  • 8 pkg. ground pork (1lb)

  • 8 pkg. sausages (1lb each - choose between Italian, Hot Italian, Breakfast or Bratwurst)

  • 4 pkg. boneless kabob meat (1lb)

  • 1 pkg. spare ribs (2 slabs per pack)

  • 4 pkg. boneless shoulder roasts (2lb)

  • 4 pkg. loin chops (1lb)

  • 1 pkg. whole tenderloin (0.75lb)

  • 2 pkg. boneless leg roast (2lb)

  • 4 pkg. organically cured bacon (0.75lb)

  • 1 pkg. mini belly crossection (1lb)

  • 4 pkg. pork soup bones, 2 pkg. fat - request more or less bones and organs here

Raising Practices:

Our herds of hogs are raised on our certified-organic Illinois prairie pastures. These meats are raised with 100% certified organic, non-GMO feed using organic and regenerative methods including rotational grazing. Our herd of pigs include heritage breeds such as Mangalitsa, Hampshire, Berkshire, Duroc, Gloucestershire Old Spot, and White Chester.
