An evening to remember!
On Saturday, April 25th, over 50 guests from across the Chicagoland area came down to Mint Creek Farm for an unforgettable evening of food, drinks, live music, and amazing company. Chef Aaron Cuschieri curated a one-of-a-kind menu featuring cuts of meat that are often overlooked in mainstream cooking, specifically organ meats and cuts that benefit from slow-cooking. The result was a mouthwatering 5-course meal that left guests feeling full and inspired to experiment with similar cuts in their own kitchens!
