Mint Creek Farm is committed to maintaining the privacy of our customer information. When you place an order with Mint Creek Farm, we collect and store the information you share – name, address, credit card and phone numbers – along with information about the products you request. All of this information is kept in a secure file and is used for our communications to you.

We do not share, sell or trade email address or specific details about purchases: nor do we release credit card, financial or survey data for marketing use by other companies. All of your information is kept secure and used to process your order and not for any other purposes. We do not participate in or contribute to shared databases that give other companies access to information. We do provide our shippers with the information they need to complete your order, such as name and address.

Shipping Policy

Our standard shipping method will get your package delivered directly to your door. We currently use UPS for delivery. It is not necessary to be home to accept delivery. Our delivery company is asked to leave your package at the front door.

We can deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and phone numbers. Sorry we cannot deliver to P. O. Boxes to A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses.

Our products are shipped with plenty of dry ice in a polystyrene insulated cooler – a packaging combination that will withstand any kind of weather. These reusable coolers are very versatile. Use them for transporting hot or cold foods to social events like picnics, beach parties, fishing expeditions, or for storage.

Our Guarantee

Mint Creek Farm guarantees that each item is of the highest quality and exactly as described, or we will promptly issue a credit or replacement. Please note: We require that we are informed by the next business day of any problems, and we reserve the right to investigate or refuse any claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent. Guarantee is void if address is incorrect or incomplete.
